Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Products must be in their original, unopened condition with all packaging intact.
- To validate your request, you must provide a video of the unboxing or a photo showing the damage while the seal remains intact.

- Refunds will be processed within approximately 14 business days after we receive your return.
