Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be in their original, unopened condition with all packaging intact.
  • To validate your request, you must provide a video of the unboxing or a photo showing the damage while the seal remains intact.

  • For offline purchases at our stockists or pop-up stores, kindly reach out to our Customer Support.
  • Our team will review your video/photo evidence and confirm the next steps.
  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 14 business days after we receive your return.

Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Returns are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays.
