Shipping & Delivery
Q: What is the cut-off time for each delivery option?
A:
Regular Service → Orders placed before 16:00 WIB will be processed on the same day.
Same Day Delivery (Ninja Xpress) → Orders placed before 12:00 WIB will be delivered the same day.
Instant Delivery → Orders placed before 16:00 WIB will be delivered within the same day.
Please note: We do not process any shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
Q: How do I track my order?

Q: Are your fragrances unisex?
A: Yes. All Personal Chemistry fragrances are designed to be shared, regardless of gender.
Q: How long does the fragrance last?
A: Our fragrances are crafted with high-quality ingredients and are designed to linger beautifully throughout the day. Longevity may vary depending on your skin chemistry and environment.
Q: Can I send a product as a gift?
A: Yes. You may choose to send a Digital Gift Card, or select a fragrance or product directly. Each gift can be complemented with a personalized card to make it truly memorable.
Q: What type of concentration is your perfume? Is it an EDT, EDC, or something else?
A: Our fragrance is classified as an Eau de Parfum (EDP). Thanks to its substantial concentration of premium fragrance oils, you can expect the scent to beautifully linger on your skin. This richness also allows you to experience a stunning development of the top, middle (heart), and base notes over time, providing a multi-layered and sophisticated scent journey.
Q: What is the difference between Cologne, EDT, and EDP?
A: The main difference is the concentration of pure fragrance oils, which has an effect on the scent's strength and longevity. Cologne (EDC) contains the least amount of fragrance oils, while Eau de Parfum (EDP) has the highest concentration among the three. All of our fragrances are EDPs!
