Shipping & Delivery
Q: What is the cut-off time for each delivery option?
A:
Regular Service → Orders placed before 16:00 WIB will be processed on the same day.
Same Day Delivery (Ninja Xpress) → Orders placed before 12:00 WIB will be delivered the same day.
Instant Delivery → Orders placed before 16:00 WIB will be delivered within the same day.
Please note: We do not process any shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
Q: How do I track my order?
